Director Consultant – Cost Transformation

What You'll Be Doing

  • Partner with senior leadership to identify and deliver strategic cost reduction initiatives.
  • Assess current operating models and recommend improvements across people, processes, and technology.
  • Develop and implement sustainable transformation programmes that improve operational efficiency.
  • Identify, quantify, and track cost-saving opportunities through robust financial analysis and business cases.
  • Lead programme planning, ensuring initiatives are delivered effectively and achieve measurable outcomes.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across the business to drive engagement and secure buy-in for change.
  • Collaborate as part of an integrated delivery team, providing expertise and leadership throughout the transformation journey.
