Role: Director, Cyber Security
Location: London
Compensation: up to £160,000 fixed salary + bonus + benefits
Lawrence Harvey are partnered with a Global Powerhouse in their search for a Director-level candidate within their well-established, high-impact and fast-growing Cyber practice. I'm looking to speak with Senior-level Cyber Security candidates that are incredibly well-versed in leading AI Security, Cloud Security, Tech Risk projects across the Financial Services, Wealth Management and Insurance space.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the growth of Cyber Security services across Banking and Insurance, building senior client relationships and originating new opportunities.
- Lead complex Cyber Security engagements, ensuring high-quality delivery and strong client outcomes.
- Expand existing relationships into broader Cyber Security and technology services.
- Work with internal teams and alliance partners to develop integrated solutions and drive joint opportunities.
- Lead, develop and grow high-performing Cyber Security consulting teams.

Key Requirements
- Senior experience in Cyber Security Consulting, ideally within a Big 4 or major consulting environment.
- Solid experience leading Cloud Security, AI Security or Tech Risk initiatives and programmes.
- Very well versed in general cyber security topics and disciplines.
- Strong experience across Banking, Insurance or wider Financial Services.
- Proven track record in consultative sales, business development and originating consulting engagements.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with senior technology and business leaders.
- Broad Cyber Security knowledge, with depth in one or more specialist areas.
- Experience managing, developing and growing consulting teams.
