Position Description We are seeking a Director, Delta One Trading across European and U.S. markets, with accountability for managing TRS books and overseeing real-time risk hedging during market hours. The role will drive inventory and capital optimisation strategies, identifying opportunities for alpha generation and consistent outperformance. You will partner cross-functionally to deliver critical technology enhancements, including the evolution of in-house trade management systems and the D1 trading lifecycle to support business scalability across EMEA. This position also requires designing systematic hedging strategies and mentoring junior talent, fostering a high-performance team culture and strengthening trading capabilities.

Key Areas of Responsibilities Manage the European and U.S. TRS books, including risk hedging during European and U.S. market opening hours. Develop inventory and capital optimisation strategies, identifying opportunities for outperformance. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver IT projects that enhance and upgrade in‑house trade management systems. Renovate the D1 trading lifecycle management to scale the business and deepen penetration in local European markets. Design and implement systematic hedging and alpha strategies across EMEA and U.S. markets. Mentor junior traders through skills development and workload delegation, while actively contributing to team building and talent development

Requirements Degree holder in Finance, Mathematics, Sciences, Engineering or related discipline(s). Minimum 9 year of experience in sell side trading, familiarity with trading workflows is essential Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese Proficient coding skills in Python and VBA Strong work ethic and motivation Ability to think fast and critically, solve various problems arising from trading, risk and operations Ability to work under pressure and collaborate in a team
