What You’ll Do
As Senior Global Demand Generation Manager, you’ll drive multi-channel growth with a strategic, results-focused approach:

Multi-Channel Strategy Lead top-of-funnel growth and accelerate pipeline velocity through a unified digital roadmap, encompassing:
- Website optimisation
- SEO/SEM campaigns
- Account Engagement Optimization (AEO)
- Paid social strategies
- Content syndication for maximum reach

Precision ABM (Account-Based Marketing) Partner with Integrated Campaigns and Sales teams to deploy hyper-targeted digital tactics—always-on and custom-built—for Tier 1 accounts.

- Deliver actionable reporting to stakeholders
- Optimise campaigns based on measurable insights

Budgetary Stewardship Instil a "value creation" mindset across all international strategies while managing budgets effectively without compromising on impact.

15+ Years of Managerial Experience Mastery of digital strategy and execution in a managerial role, specialised in:
- B2B SaaS or Fintech domains

Strategic & Tactical Acumen Ability to zoom out for a 12-month strategic roadmap and zoom in to optimise campaigns like:
- $60k/month paid media spend

Deep ABM & Intent Platform Expertise Hands-on experience with intent data platforms such as:
- 6sense
- Demandbase
- Usergems
- Clay
- Executing tailormade digital account plays that move business metrics

Matrix Mastery Confidence in navigating complex organisations without direct authority:
- Aligning with stakeholders across time zones and departments
- Influencing upwards and laterally

Tech Stack: Expert-Level Proficiency Exemplary knowledge of:
- Salesforce
- Marketo (or comparable Marketing Automation Platforms – MAPs)
- Modern ad-tech tools
