If you thrive on building relationships, spotting opportunities before anyone else, and turning conversations into signed deals—this is your stage.
What you’ll be doing Spotting the next big opportunity: identifying new hotel projects—conversions, new builds, or rebrands Building powerful relationships with owners, investors, developers and partners Turning ideas into deals by structuring, negotiating and closing agreements Analysing and unlocking project potential with feasibility and valuation insights Owning the full deal lifecycle from outreach to approval Coordinating internal teams to bring deals to life

Your background Degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or Hospitality Experience in hotel development, franchising or real estate transactions Experience negotiating management or franchise agreements Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
