Director of Product – Fintech & Cross-Border Payments (Global FX Leader)
My client, a global leader in Forex (FX) and cross-border payments, is seeking conversations with high-impact Product Managers/Directors to join their European operations in the role of Director of Product.
About the Role
This is an exceptional opportunity for a senior Product Manager or Director, reporting to a dynamic and newly appointed VP. The role offers:
- Full strategic autonomy to set and develop product direction
- Leadership of Product, Analysis, and Design teams
- Ownership of portfolio growth, retention, and innovation
- Brand diversification into new markets
- Hands-on impact within a well-funded, stable, and multi-billion-dollar, listed business

Ideal Candidate Profile
The client is looking for high-calibre leadership with experience in:
- Product Management in Fintech with a strong focus on cross-border payments
- Proven success in B2C payments strategy, execution, and PnL ownership
- Strong financial acumen and technical engagement skills
- Particular emphasis on App and Wallet products
- Senior-level experience (Directors preferred, but open to exceptional managers ready to step up)
- Consulting mind-set considered if there’s potential interest in a permanent transition

Time Sensitivity
This is a high-priority role. While the client ideally seeks a permanent hire ASAP, they may also engage a financial advising-consultancy approach, particularly if a future permanent move is mutually beneficial.
