Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your Role

Our Enterprise Data & Analytics capability brings together experts in enterprise data strategy, modern data platforms, analytics, AI and information management. We help organisations harness data and AI to transform operations, improve decision-making and deliver measurable business outcomes.

As a Director, you'll play a leading role in growing our Enterprise Data & Analytics business across the Energy & Utilities sector, with responsibility for originating and securing consulting opportunities in excess of £2m per annum. You'll combine commercial leadership, client delivery and people leadership to build trusted client relationships, win strategic programmes and grow our capability.

Alongside client work, you'll help shape the direction of our practice by developing new propositions, strengthening our market profile and building the next generation of Enterprise Data & Analytics consultants.

  • Coach, mentor and develop consultants, building a collaborative, inclusive and high-performing capability.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
