Your Role: Executive Search Partner
As an Executive Search Partner, you’ll lead senior-level searches across marketing, digital, and commercial disciplines. You’ll:
- Work directly with C-suite and -1 level clients
- Manage high-value assignments
- Play a pivotal role in shaping our executive proposition
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture a network of senior candidates and clients
- Win and deliver retained and exclusive mandates at executive level
- Build long-term relationships to drive growth and market share
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes with precision
- Provide strategic insight and thought leadership to clients and peers
- Negotiate complex deals and influence key decision-makers
- Collaborate with and mentor colleagues—embodying our values
- Support training and development initiatives across the team
- Act as a brand ambassador in the market

What We’re Looking For
Proven success in:
- Executive search and senior-level recruitment (work origination)
- Achieving a strong billing record
- Delivering large individual revenue targets
A mindset of:
- Confidence in running retained searches
- Managing senior stakeholder relationships
- Clear communication with a commercial and consultative approach
- Being a thought leader with genuine passion for the niche
- Collaboration-focused, uplifting others, and setting examples
- Love for the recruitment craft
