Associate Director / Director – CFO & Senior Finance recruitment for PE backed businesses

Location: London
Salary: £70k–£90k Base + Personal Commission + Team Override + LTIPs


This is a Director level role taking of 3 high performing teams


A high-growth specialist recruitment and search firm operating across private equity-backed technology and tech-enabled markets is seeking an experienced accounting & finance recruitment leader to join its senior leadership team.

This is a newly created opportunity following global expansion and strategic deployment of senior individuals to client facing remits. The successful individual will inherit and lead a high-calibre team operating across:

  • CFO Search and Finance Director Search
  • Senior finance leadership hiring into PE-backed businesses
  • Corporate development and M&A

The desk is already established with strong foundations, existing delivery capability, marketing support, talent infrastructure and leadership backing in place. The opportunity would suit either:

  • An established Director-level leader within senior accounting & finance recruitment, or
  • A high-performing Team Leader / Manager currently leading a smaller team (2–3 heads) looking to step into a broader Associate Director-level remit.
