The Team + The Role

The Director, Field Marketing EMEA is a hands-on field marketing role owning the in-person and account-based programs that drive pipeline across EMEA. You'll sit within a lean team of three, reporting to the Senior Director, Demand Generation, EMEA — and you'll be building and executing programs yourself, and love doing so.

We're looking for someone who is genuinely embedded in the European product and tech community, knows what moves and influences SAAS buyers in our key markets (UK, DACH, France, Nordics, and the Netherlands) and can connect every field investment to a commercial outcome.

This role is a hybrid position based 3 days per week in our London office.

What This Looks Like Day-to-day

  • Owning the end-to-end EMEA field marketing calendar — regional events, roadshows, conference activations, and hosted programs built for European buyers
  • Leading field programs with particular depth in French and DACH markets, from concept through to post-event pipeline attribution
  • Partnering closely with EMEA Sales to ensure every field investment is tied to account-level pipeline goals
  • Designing and delivering executive programs for every Pendo leadership visit to the region — pipeline dinners, roundtables, customer engagements
  • Owning EMEA customer stories and connecting them to field moments, campaigns, and Pendo's broader content pipeline
  • Executing co-marketing programs with regional partners, resellers, and SIs
  • Building and maintaining a visible, credible presence for Pendo across the European B2B tech and product community

Who You Are

Beyond the qualifications, we hire through a specific lens. These aren't buzzwords; they're the things we'll actually look for in how you talk about your work.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

  • You're a builder, not a maintainer.
  • You're most energized when there isn't a clear path yet, and you get to define it. You don't wait for direction; you identify gaps, shape solutions, and drive them forward.
  • You're AI-curious — genuinely.
  • You're not using AI tools occasionally. You're rewiring how you work around them. You're faster, sharper, and more prolific because of it, and you bring that energy to everything — how you approach your work, how you prep, how you communicate, how you think. We want someone who sees AI as a multiplier, not a shortcut.

Must-haves

  • 6+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience with significant depth in field marketing, events, or ABM
  • Hands-on field program experience across multiple EMEA markets — you've executed directly, not just managed agencies doing the work
  • Demonstrated depth in European markets; understanding of local buyers, events landscapes, and community dynamics
  • A track record of connecting field activity to pipeline outcomes, not just delivering well-run events
  • Experience working in or with a US-headquartered company, comfortable influencing without authority
  • Proven ability to deliver in lean environments with a high degree of autonomy
  • Resourceful and self-directed — in a team of three, you move without being told to
  • Strong communicator across cultures, languages, and seniority levels
  • Fluency in French or German — non-negotiable - we need you to understand the language but also the culture
