About The Role

Kantata is the category leader in professional services automation, trusted by 2,500+ services organisations across 100+ countries.

As we scale our go-to-market motion, we're expanding our field marketing function across EMEA to deepen pipeline ownership in our enterprise and commercial segments.

This is a high-ownership role for a marketer who thinks like a revenue leader. You'll:

  • Owner the EMEA field marketing plan end-to-end, from strategy through execution
  • Carry a pipeline number alongside sales and partner leaders across the region
  • Design and run the regional marketing mix (events, campaigns, account-based marketing (ABM), partner activity and digital, among others)
  • Embrace both strategy and execution, measuring success in pipeline, not just activity

EMEA isn’t one market—you’ll treat it as distinct countries, languages, and buying cultures. You’ll invest smartly where pipeline and high-value accounts are concentrated.

You’ll operate independently but draw on global marketing teams (specialising in ABM, campaign design, digital marketing and operations) to maximise your impact.

This role is enterprise-forward, addressing both enterprise and commercial segments.


What You’ll Own

  • Regional pipeline and revenue: Jointly accountable with EMEA sales leadership for sourced and influenced pipeline across regions and markets – across direct and partner-generated channels. You set the targets, build the plan, and report on performance.
  • Integrated regional marketing plan: End-to-end plan for field events, executive roundtables, webinars, ABM targets, partner and co-marketing activities, digital assets, and third-party sponsorships.
  • Sales partnerships: Peer-level collaboration in regional activities, translating sales priorities into high-impact marketing programs. Share your view on where to invest—then execute with agility.
  • Partner and channel marketing: Field marketing for EMEA’s partner ecosystem, driving and owning co-marketing programs, MDF (market development funds), and partner-sourced pipeline.
  • ABM and account coverage: Define account-based strategy for EMEA, working closely with our ABM center of excellence and demand generation teams.
  • Execution: Cross-functional end-to-end program delivery, leveraging campaigns, digital, and operations.
  • Measurement: Lead the scorecard for EMEA, tying spend to pipeline, tracking ROI by program and market.

What You Bring

  • Must-haves:
    • 10+ years in B2B marketing with revenue marketing experience owning pipeline numbers. SaaS background preferred.
    • Experience building and running field or regional marketing plans across EMEA—understanding how to prioritise business across multiple markets, languages, and buying cultures.
    • Track record of neutral and trusted sales partnerships, including executive presence and credibility with sales leaders.
    • Strong background in partner and channel marketing, with hands-on experience in joint programs, co-marketing, MDF, and partner-sourced pipeline.
    • fluency in enterprise and commercial buying stages, including committees, deal cycles, and segmentation strategies.
    • "Doer" mind-set: Equally comfortable in strategy docs, budget spreadsheets, or contracts.
    • Demonstrated results in owning a region and driving its performance—with support from a full modern marketing stack.
