Are you an experienced international higher education professional who is passionate about building meaningful global partnerships and helping shape an inclusive and collaborative international future for one of the UK’s leading universities?

As Director for Global Engagement, you will play an important role in strengthening Lancaster University’s international partnerships, campuses and external engagement activity across a dynamic and evolving global environment. Working closely with colleagues across the University, you will help support partnership development, foster collaboration and contribute to the continued growth and alignment of Lancaster’s international activity and global community.

We are seeking a thoughtful and experienced international leader with a strong understanding of Higher Education and ideally Transnational Education environments. You will bring excellent relationship-building skills, cultural awareness and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and partners across a wide range of professional and cultural contexts. You will be someone who values partnership, communication and inclusive ways of working, and who can help bring people together around shared goals and ambitions.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting Lancaster’s future global engagement activity, helping strengthen international relationships, encourage sustainable partnership development and contribute to a globally connected University community.
