Director of Fuel Sales (UK Commercial)
Leading the commercial charge in fuel sales across the UK, this role is responsible for driving volume, revenue, margin performance, and customer expansion across wholesale, commercial, and retail segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute fuel sales strategy to deliver volume, revenue, and margin targets
- Develop and grow key customer relationships, strategic accounts, and business opportunities
- Expand market presence through new business development and commercial growth
- Lead pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and high-impact commercial decisions
- Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Partner with supply, operations, and finance teams to ensure strong execution

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in fuel, energy, or commodities sales
- Proven sales leadership with a track record of commercial success
- Deep understanding of fuel market dynamics and pricing strategies
- Strong negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
