Director, Fuel Sales – Europe

Commercial leader responsible for driving fuel sales growth, margin performance, and customer expansion across wholesale, commercial, and retail segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute fuel sales strategy to deliver volume, revenue, and margin targets
  • Develop and grow key customer relationships and strategic accounts
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
  • Lead pricing, contract negotiations, and commercial decision-making
  • Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Partner with supply, operations, and finance to ensure strong execution

  • Proven sales leadership experience with strong commercial results
  • Deep understanding of fuel markets and pricing dynamics
  • Strong negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
