Mehr Health CIC seeks an expert to convert our funding pipeline into income. Priority Year 1 streams include trusts, foundations, statutory grants (Lottery, UnLtd), and NHS/ICB commissions. Join us to lead our revenue growth from day one and turn our proven platform into lasting impact.

What difference will you make?

Mehr Health CIC was registered in April 2026. We have the platform, the content, and potential, but as a brand new organisation, we need expert guidance to convert our funding pipeline into real income quickly.

Without this role, grant applications will be written by the founder alone, reducing quality and speed. With this role, we can pursue multiple funding streams simultaneously, dramatically improving our chances of securing the income needed to grow the organisation and deepen our community impact.

The Persian-speaking community in the UK, including over 350,000 Iranian- and Afghan born residents, faces significant health inequalities rooted in language barriers and culturally inappropriate health information. Our platform already reaches them. This role helps us fund the work that makes that platform better, bigger, and more impactful.

Specific outcomes this Director will help us achieve

Securing our first grants from the National Lottery Community Fund and UnLtd within Year 1 Developing a costed project proposal for NHS/ICB commissioning on breast cancer awareness for Persian and Dari-speaking women Building the financial resilience needed to bring on our first paid staff member in Year 2 Establishing Mehr Health as a credible, fundable organisation that can grow its community impact year on year

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
