At Snowflake
At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done.
Summary
To provide global functional leadership for the Solutions Architecture organization, driving corporate-wide alignment across product, engineering, sales, and delivery. The Director works with highly abstract ideas across diverse functional areas to influence global product roadmaps via structured field feedback, define corporate consulting handoff protocols, and oversee the pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies of the global Professional Services portfolio to maximize market share growth and global operational success.
Why This Role?
As a Director, you step away from regional execution to influence corporate-wide policy and global strategy. This role provides an elite level of exposure, placing you at the helm of functional design where your decisions directly steer how the entire global SA organization operates, packages its offerings, and interacts with Snowflake’s core Product Management, Engineering, and Global Sales leadership divisions.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
