Job Description Summary
Job Title: Director, Growth & Structured Finance
Location: Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham or Edinburgh
Hours: Full-time
Working Pattern: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our above office sites. What you’ll be doing:
This is an opportunity to lead the delivery of complex financing solutions to SME and Mid-Market clients, helping businesses grow and succeed across the UK. As a Director in our Growth & Structured Finance team, you’ll originate and structure tailored funding solutions, supporting transactions such as acquisitions, MBOs and growth capital.
- You’ll play a key role in winning new business, leading deals end-to-end, and building lasting relationships across the corporate finance ecosystem.
- You’ll work closely with Credit Risk and Product teams to deliver high-quality, bespoke lending structures, while also supporting colleagues across the SME and Mid-Market coverage businesses and contributing to the development of our broader market proposition.

Sound like you?
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years’ experience in corporate finance, with a strong background in cashflow lending, debt origination and structuring
- Strong financial analysis and credit assessment capability, including experience delivering complex or leveraged transactions
- 5+ years’ experience working across SME and Mid-Market client segments
- Ability to build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally
- Established network within the corporate finance, debt advisory and professional communities
