Job Description: Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Director, Hospitality & Events, who will lead the end-to-end strategy, planning, and delivery of premium hospitality and sponsorship activations for one of the world’s most recognizable global brands within the Formula 1 (F1) landscape. This role is focused on ensuring each event reflects the sponsor’s objectives and provides exceptional experiences for guests, partners, and stakeholders.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced events and F1 professional to take their skills to the global stage and you’ll be at the centre of bringing the sponsor’s brand to life at some of the most exciting motorsport events in the world. In this role, you’ll work closely with client contacts, agency teammates both in Europe, US and across the globe, and operational partners to ensure every detail — from sponsorship asset management to guest experience — is delivered to the highest standard.
You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, international event environment, traveling to race destinations and ensuring each activation is seamless, memorable, and aligned with the sponsor’s objectives. This role will report into the SVP of Hospitality & Events and is based in London.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
