We do this through engaging digital experiences, face-to-face workshops and sustainable programs that encourage people to move more, shift their mindset and eat healthier while enjoying the foods they love. By drawing on over six decades of experience and expertise in behavioral science, we build communities in order to deliver wellness for all.

The Director, International Commercial Development

The Director, International Commercial Development will lead a critical set of growth initiatives across WW’s International business, with responsibility for building and scaling strategic partnerships, expanding B2B channels, supporting clinic business development and implementation, and shaping WW’s market expansion agenda across non-U.S. markets.

This role will help accelerate new and adjacent revenue streams in international by expanding access to WW through employers, payors, health systems, governments, and other institutional channels. The role will also help define and execute clinic partnership models in priority markets and support how WW prioritizes geographic expansion over time. Success will require strong commercial judgment, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to translate strategy into execution across multiple markets with different regulatory, reimbursement, and operational realities.

  • Build and lead WW International’s B2B growth agenda across employers, payors, public health systems, and other institutional partners.
  • Identify and prioritize the most attractive B2B opportunities by market, including reimbursement, referral, and employee-benefit pathways.
  • Develop partnership strategies and commercial models that expand access, improve affordability, and drive sustainable growth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
