Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Director International Sales to lead and accelerate our commercial growth across EMEA, APAC, LATAM, Canada, and selected direct markets.

In this highly visible leadership role, you will own the international sales strategy, distributor network, and commercial execution while partnering closely with Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, Product Management, Operations, and Finance to drive sustainable growth in the global diagnostics market.

Key Duties

  • Lead international sales performance and deliver ambitious revenue growth targets across multiple regions and product lines.
  • Develop and execute commercial strategies, market expansion initiatives, and annual operating plans.
  • Build, optimize, and manage a high-performing international distributor network and strategic partner relationships.
  • Identify new market opportunities and drive market penetration in established and emerging regions.
  • Lead product launches, portfolio transitions, customer conversion programs, and market activation initiatives.
  • Drive forecasting accuracy, business analytics, and executive reporting to support strategic decision-making.
  • Partner with Regulatory Affairs and Quality teams to ensure market access and registration readiness across international markets.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing international sales organization across multiple countries and cultures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience in international markets.
  • Proven success in medical diagnostics, medical devices, life sciences, or healthcare.
  • Strong experience leading both direct sales teams and distributor-based business models.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering revenue growth, strategic market expansion, and commercial transformation.
  • Strong financial acumen, forecasting expertise, and P&L management experience.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills in a global environment.
