Role Description

The Director will collaborate with partners to drive growth initiatives, improve processes, and support the delivery of complex legal matters, while fostering a culture of accountability, inclusion, and professional development. The role also involves:
- Representing the firm in external engagements
- Building relationships with clients and industry contacts
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and professional standards
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater London.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in a law firm or professional services environment, with a track record of managing teams and driving strategic initiatives.
- Strong background in law, business management, or a related discipline; qualified lawyer or advanced degree (e.g., MBA, LLM) is highly beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to manage financial performance, budgets, and KPIs, with sound commercial and analytical judgment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior leadership and clients.
- Experience in operational improvement, change management, and implementing best practices across processes and systems.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive, non-discriminatory work environment and supporting professional growth within diverse teams.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to law firms in the UK, and comfort working in a fast-paced, high-profile setting.
