About the Role
We are searching on behalf of our client for this role. This position is not with OVI.
The Firm is seeking a bright and passionate leader with expertise in the ALM domain, focusing on liquidity, interest rate risk, and capital. This role involves all aspects of practice management, including business prospecting, client management, execution, and implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Build client relationships through past associations or active marketing efforts.
- Prospect for new business using client relationships and FS (Financial Services) regulations.
- Establish a thought leadership position through articles and speaking engagements.
- Recruit talented individuals for FS consulting.
- Coach and guide staff to manage projects and develop domain skills.
- Ensure profitability by focusing on staff utilization and project recovery.
- Develop cross-selling opportunities with multiple advisory practices.

Your Profile
Experience & Expertise
- Experience in developing liquidity risk governance frameworks.
- Operationalize liquidity risk metrics like LCR and NSFR.
- Develop ILAAP liquidity stress testing frameworks.
- Create forward-looking funding plans integrated with business plans.
- Develop Contingency Funding Plans and ensure operability.
- Validate liquidity models and stress test assumptions.
- Develop IRRBB governance frameworks and policy documentation.
- Design structural hedging strategies for interest rate risk.
- Implement EVE and NII sensitivity models.
- Develop behavioral models for non-maturity deposits.
- Design IRRBB shock scenarios and stress testing frameworks.
- Assess and quantify Credit Spread Risk in the Banking Book.
- Implement Funds Transfer Pricing frameworks.
- Validate IRRBB models and shock scenario calibration.
- Quantify material P2 risk types under ICAAP.
- Develop Recovery and Resolution Plans for banks.

Education & Background
- Strong educational background in engineering, math, physics, or finance, with an MBA or Chartered Accountancy preferred.
- Over 12 years of professional experience, primarily in leading consulting firms, specializing in FS Advisory, or working in ALM functions of global banks.
