ARE YOU READY TO WORK AT PrimeRevenue?
The Director of Marketing owns the strategy and execution of marketing programs that directly drive revenue growth — with a primary 2026 mandate to accelerate New from Existing (NFE) account expansion, supported by targeted New from New (NFN) pipeline generation.
Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the Director will build and lead a small, high-impact team of specialists across Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Events — based across Atlanta and London. The role serves as a strategic partner to Sales and Product, aligning messaging, content, campaigns, and enablement to commercial outcomes. The Director sets the tone for the Marketing function's culture, operating model, and brand presence as PrimeRevenue scales.
WHAT YOU GET TO DO
Revenue & Growth Marketing
- Develop and own the NFE marketing strategy: account-based campaigns, customer lifecycle programs, and retention/expansion plays targeting existing buyer and supplier accounts
- Build NFN demand generation programs to support new-logo pipeline creation in priority segments
- Define, track, and report on marketing KPIs tied directly to pipeline contribution, opportunity influence, and revenue outcomes
Team Leadership
- Recruit, onboard, and develop a team of 3 Junior Marketing Managers / Specialists across: Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Events
- Provide structured mentorship; establish development frameworks appropriate for early-career team members
- Manage a distributed Atlanta/London team, establishing clear communication norms, planning cadences, and accountability structures

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
