As part of our **Senior Leadership Team (SLT)**, you will lead **Admissions and Marketing** alongside the **School Principal**, while receiving support from **Marketing, Admissions, and Communications (MAC) teams**—both locally and globally.

**Responsibilities** include shaping the **Family Experience Journey (FEJ)** across **Awareness, Consideration, Purchase, and Advocacy** phases. You will:
- define and refine policies, procedures, and customer service standards
- embody international and local **brand ambassador** standards
- foster stakeholder relationships and an **enabling school culture**

## Level of Responsibility

This is a **leadership role** reporting directly to the **School Principal** and Spa-delegating to both local and regional teams. The position requires **strategic vision**, cross-departmental collaboration, and proactive problem-solving.

  • Proven success in sales growth and customer retention within complex markets.
  • Experience with strategic marketing, recruitment, and customer relationship management (CRM).
  • Strong ability to develop and motivate teams, coach accountability, and build stakeholder trust.

  • Leadership capability in delivering measurable results.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Education:

  • Higher education (degree qualification preferred)

Experience:

  • 7–10 years as a commercial manager (split between sales and marketing)—with tangible progression and success in growing sales.
  • Service delivery, hospitality, or education experience is highly advantageous.
  • Experience in high-level stakeholder network-building that drives business development.
  • Expertise in customer advocacy strategy, with record of repeat business growth.
  • Strong analytical mind with data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to lead integrated teams across functional areas using CRM/Sales Funnel tools.

Linguistic:

  • Bilingual in English + Russian (highly advantageous)

Key Responsibilities

Family Experience Journey Leadership

  • Implement global Nord Anglia and school-specific FEJ planning.
  • Design and refine all parent-student touchpoints (including Awareness, Online inquiries, Fee-stage enquiries, Enrolments, and Advocacy).

sales Target Achievement

  • Achieve annual admissions goals by coaching and guiding the admissions team in best practices.
  • Develop and couture retention and marketing strategies aligned with FEJ objectives.

Data and CRM Stewardship

  • Oversee quality data management (currently via iSAMS, soon to CRM integration).
  • Drive competitor analysis and digital marketing trends utilization.

Brand and Messaging

  • Refine school-USP in local market context and ensure alignment with Nord Anglia branding (e.g., Juilliard curriculum, MIT/Signa برriko, UNICEF partnership).
  • Oversee the consistent application of school brand guidelines across communication outputs.

Team Development

  • Lead, coach, and empowered the entire Admissions + Marketing + Communications (MAC) team.
  • ** Foster school-wide ownership** of admissions as a holistic initiative.
