Director of AI Strategy & Advisory
Our client is looking for a Director of AI Strategy & Advisory to lead the client-facing function delivering strategic AI advisory, solution consulting, and AI capability enablement.
This role oversees both an advisory/business consulting team and a technical business analysis team, while personally engaging with clients on pre-sales, advisory, and strategic conversations.
Responsibilities include:
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and grow a multidisciplinary team spanning Solution/Business Consultants and Technical Business Analyst

Client Engagement & Advisory (Hands-On)
- Act as a client-facing leader, working directly with clients to identify and shape AI opportunities
- Play an active role in pre-sales, including executive-level presentations, workshops, and value/solution propositions
AI Strategy & Planning
- Shape the forward strategy for AI products, advisory offerings, and capability development

Solutions Consulting & Programme Delivery
- Direct delivery of major AI programmes, initiatives, and special projects
- Own programme governance, risk management, and performance monitoring
- Balance business requirements against technical feasibility and scalability
Prototyping & Client Demonstrations
- Lead the team building rapid prototypes, POCs, and client demos to test AI and data solutions
