Business Development Director – Facilities Management

Location: UK (National)
Salary: Up to £160,000 Basic + Uncapped Executive Bonus + Equity Opportunity

Build the Future of a High-Growth Facilities Management Business

FM Talent Partners is partnering with an ambitious and rapidly growing Facilities Management organisation to appoint an exceptional Business Development Director.

This is far more than a traditional sales role. It's an opportunity to become a key member of the executive leadership team, driving national growth while playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of the business.

For the right individual, there is a genuine opportunity to secure an equity stake, making this an outstanding opportunity for an entrepreneurial sales leader looking to build long-term value.

The Opportunity

  • You'll lead the national business development strategy, targeting major private and public sector clients across the UK.
  • Selling a fully integrated Facilities Management offering—including both Hard FM and Soft FM services—you'll be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing high-value national contracts.
  • We're looking for someone who consistently delivers £1 million+ in annual gross profit through new business wins and has a proven history of building strategic client relationships at C-suite level.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
