Business Development Director – Biostatistics (FSP)
Location: Europe (Remote)

Our client is a fast-growing CRO seeking an experienced Business Development Director to drive growth across their Biostatistics Functional Service Provider (FSP) and single-service biometrics offerings throughout Europe.
This is a strategic sales role focused on developing new business with pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device companies, promoting specialist biometrics solutions and building long-term client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business growth across Biostatistics FSP and biometrics services.
- Develop relationships with pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device clients across Europe.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to contract negotiation and close.
- Collaborate with operational teams to develop tailored client solutions.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and represent the business at industry events.
About You
- Proven business development experience within a CRO or life sciences services organisation.
- Experience selling Biostatistics, Biometrics, Statistical Programming, Data Management or FSP solutions.
- Strong network within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors.
- Demonstrated success in winning new business and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel across Europe as required.
