Flospitality

Flospitality is a boutique agency specialising in luxury hotel representation across international sales, strategic PR and communications, and consulting. Our core strength lies in our international sales teams, supported by tailored PR and consulting services for exceptional hotels and travel brands.

For Flospitality in the UK, we are looking for an exceptional Business Development Director with a genuine passion for luxury hotels, high-end travel, and the wider hospitality landscape. You will bring a deep understanding of the sector, its key players and decision-makers, and the ability to build trusted relationships with hotel owners, General Managers, and senior industry leaders.

This role is for someone who understands that successful business development in luxury hospitality is not transactional. It requires commercial instinct, credibility, a strong network, and a genuine feeling for what makes a hotel, a brand, and a travel experience truly distinctive.

POSITION – Business Development Manager for Flospitality UK

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead all new business development efforts for the London office, taking full responsibility for the pipeline from initial prospecting to contract signing, serving as the main driver for client and hotel acquisitions.
  • Proactively identify, research, and approach potential clients in key international markets.
  • Represent Flospitality at industry trade fairs, hospitality conferences, networking forums, and association events to maximise brand visibility and generate leads in the luxury hotel sector.
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospective hotel clients from first contact, guiding them through the Flospitality proposition and establishing trust to secure partnerships.
  • Monitor and analyse media coverage, sentiment, and industry trends, providing reports and insights.
  • Collaborate with PR & Communications, Marketing, and Sales teams to align activities for business campaigns and respond to global developments.
  • Keep accurate records of prospecting activities, client interactions, and pipeline status within CRM systems, and provide regular reports to senior leadership.
  • Oversee the Business Development budget for the London office, ensuring spending delivers measurable ROI against agreed KPIs.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
