🚀 We're hiring: Business Development Director - you must be UK BASED
Are you a commercially driven business development leader with a passion for winning new business and building lasting client partnerships?
We're looking for an experienced Business Development Director to shape and lead our BD strategy, drive sustainable growth, and build a high-performing business development function.
What you'll be doing:
- Winning new clients and growing existing accounts
- Owning the full sales lifecycle—from prospecting to close
- Building a strong pipeline of high-value opportunities
- Leading pitches, proposals, and commercial negotiations
- Coaching and developing our BD team
- Working closely with leadership, marketing, and scientific experts to deliver winning solutions

What we're looking for:
- A proven track record of winning new business within a medical communications agency
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking
- Experience leading the end-to-end sales process
- A collaborative leader who enjoys developing people and building relationships
- A solid understanding of the pharma and medical communications landscape
