Responsibilities

  • Own and hit/Exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand Unilumin customer base
  • Build and maintain strong, long lasting customer relationships
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Effectively communicate Unilumin’s value proposition through proposals and presentations
  • Understand the needs, requirements and trends of the LED display market and utilise this knowledge to adapt plans and actions to ensure optimal performance
  • Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts
  • The Business Development Manager will understand the competitive landscape and define effective pricing strategies within the territory
  • The Business Development Manager must ensure that corporate margin objectives are maintained

Requirements

  • It is anticipated that candidates would have at least 10-years sales experience, in meeting or exceeding targets
  • Previous experience as a top sales, senior sales manager
  • Minimum of 10-years’ experience in the AV or IT industries preferred
  • Experience in managing a sales team is a plus.
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of LED or large format display products and solutions
  • Wide network of existing AV industry relationships within the territory would be advantageous
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization including executive and C-level
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Proven ability to position products against competitors
  • Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focussed differentiated and achievable solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
