Business Development Director - Shape strategy. Win new business. Drive growth.
We're partnering with a leading independent healthcare communications agency to recruit a Business Development Director. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the agency's business development strategy, win new clients and help shape the next phase of growth.
Working closely with the leadership team, you'll lead the full sales lifecycle, build a strong pipeline of opportunities and develop lasting client partnerships, while coaching and supporting the business development team.

- A proven track record of winning new business within a medical communications agency
- Experience leading the full sales process from prospecting to close
- Strong commercial and strategic thinking
- Experience developing and growing client relationships
- Previous leadership or mentoring experience
