Director of Business Development

Business Development Director / New Logo Hunter £120,000 base + £240,000–£360,000 OTE (uncapped)

We’re looking for high-performing new business hunters with strong experience in BPO, contact centre, CX, or outsourcing services.

This is a pure new logo acquisition role – you’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing enterprise-level clients across the UK and beyond.

What you’ll be doing: Driving new client acquisition (enterprise / mid-market) Building and managing a strong pipeline of new business opportunities Leading full sales cycles from prospecting through to close Working closely with operational and solution teams to shape winning proposals Winning high-value contracts in competitive BPO/CX markets
