Atyourtime Group is entering its next growth stage, preparing for a formal funding round and strengthening our investor readiness across both Atyourtime Secured Food Delivery and Atyourtime Technology.
We are looking to appoint a Director of Capital Markets & Investor Relations to take ownership of this process from preparation through execution.
This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who understands fundraising beyond introductions. We are looking for someone who knows how to position a story, access the right investor networks, manage the process, and help get a raise over the line.
Scope of the Role
- Work closely with the CEO, CFO, and leadership team to help lead:
- Fundraising strategy and investor positioning
- Review and refinement of pitch materials and data rooms
- Investor targeting and outreach
- Relationship management across family offices, VCs, and strategic investors
- Diligence coordination and deal progression
- Support on capital pathways and deal structuring

Ideal Background
We would be particularly interested in candidates with:
- Fundraising, investment, or corporate finance experience
- Strong investor network
- Experience supporting growth-stage businesses through raises
- Commercial judgment, credibility, and execution discipline
- Exposure to SaaS, infrastructure, logistics, or marketplace models is a plus
Compensation Structure

Indicative structure:
- 2% success fee linked to capital raised (illustrative basis)
- Equity participation, aligned with our standard remuneration model
- Alternative commission-only or equity-led structures can also be considered with the right candidate
