Junior Client Service Director / Client Services Lead
Are you looking for a role where you will lead senior client relationships, oversee the delivery of high-quality medical communications programmes, manage the commercial performance of accounts, and help develop the Client Services team, plus more… then this is the role for you.
This is a senior role for someone who is strategic, scientifically minded, creatively curious, commercially ambitious, and highly collaborative to work with a firmly independent agency working in creative med affairs, promotional and digital work
📌 London – Hybrid (UK based)
Requirements
Do you have:
- Significant experience and understanding in medical communications, healthcare communications, pharmaceutical marketing, or a specialist agency environment
- Proven experience leading senior client relationships
- A scientifically curious mindset and the ability to engage confidently with medical and scientific content
- Experience working with scientific, editorial, creative, strategy, and delivery teams
- Strong commercial awareness, including experience managing budgets, scopes, forecasts, profitability, and account growth
- A track record of identifying and developing organic growth opportunities plus understanding of compliance processes
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong project leadership and organisational skills
- Confidence managing complex programmes, senior stakeholders, and competing priorities
- Experience mentoring or developing Client Services team members
- At least 10 years experience in a leading healthcare communications agency
