Who are we?

Maison Estelle is a private members’ club set in a Grade I-listed Georgian townhouse on Grafton Street, Mayfair. A ‘hosted home’, bringing people together that have plenty to say and nothing to prove. A new school club (no rules), with old school values of personalised service and discretion.

We are looking for a Director of Cultural Programming & Partnerships (12-Month FTC, Maternity Cover)

This is a rare opportunity to join Maison Estelle and Celeste in a senior leadership role, sitting within the Executive Team and leading the Cultural Programming, Partnerships and Events functions across both clubs.

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll be responsible for shaping and delivering a best-in-class member experience through innovative cultural programming, strategic luxury brand partnerships and exceptional event delivery.
  • Leading a team of nine, you'll play a key role in driving commercial partnerships, curating memorable experiences and acting as an ambassador for one of London's most exciting luxury hospitality brands.
  • Leading the cultural programming strategy across Maison Estelle and Celeste, creating a calendar of engaging events aligned to London's cultural landscape.
  • Developing and nurturing relationships with existing luxury brand partners whilst identifying and securing new commercial opportunities.
  • Creating bespoke partnership concepts and activations that enhance the member experience and contribute to revenue targets.
  • Overseeing the successful delivery of member events, speaker programmes, private events and brand activations.
  • Managing, developing and inspiring a team of nine across partnerships, cultural programming and events.
  • Managing budgets, reporting to senior leadership and ownership, and contributing as a member of the Executive Team.
  • Acting as a brand ambassador, building strong relationships internally and externally with members, partners, speakers and stakeholders.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
