Director of Cultural Programming & Partnerships (12-Month FTC, Maternity Cover)

Who Are We?

Maison Estelle is a private members’ club set in a Grade I-listed Georgian townhouse on Grafton Street, Mayfair. A ‘hosted home’ dedicated to bringing plenty of conversation and unpolished connection—old school values meet a no-rules new approach, with personalised service and the utmost discretion.

We are looking for an in-house leader to join the Origins of this adventure, in collaboration with Celeste, its sister Property.

About the Role

This exclusive senior leadership opportunity gives you a seat in Maison Estelle’s Executive Team. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you’ll drive the strategic vision, innovative programming and influential partnerships that elevate our exclusive member experience—shaping these with cultural curiosity, commercial insight and creative flair.

You will be expected to apply your creative, commercial, and operational expertise to our world as we grow. Leading a team of nine, ensure everything you create reflects the quality and exclusivity Households demand.

Key activities will include:

  • Creating an annual programming calendar attentive to cultural ‘eclipses’ and member needs
  • Forging and growing relationships with luxury brand partners across creative, retail, hospitality and beyond—transforming opportunities into impactful campaigns
  • Conceiving and stewarding custom activations that celebrate our members and partners
  • Overseeing events delivery from private members club evenings to major brand activations
  • Managing nine – inspiring a diverse team spread across three departments
  • Balancing budgets, forecasting, and performing as a key contributor to Executive Team strategy
  • Championing Household branding among internal stakeholders, members, and external audiences

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
