Senior Director, AI, Data and Analytics
Location: London, Hybrid
Salary: up to £160,000

The Role
- Define and execute the organisation's AI, data, and analytics strategy aligned to business objectives
- Lead the development and deployment of AI and machine learning solutions that drive efficiency and growth
- Oversee data engineering, architecture, and platform development to ensure scalable, secure data infrastructure
- Deliver actionable insights through advanced analytics, business intelligence, and reporting solutions
- Champion data governance, ensuring data quality, compliance, and ethical use of AI
- Partner with senior stakeholders across commercial, product, and technology functions
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team across data science, analytics, and engineering
- Drive adoption of data-led decision making and promote data literacy across the organisation

Your Skills and Experience
- Strong commercial experience leading data, analytics, and AI functions within complex organisations
- Proven ability to define and deliver enterprise-level data and AI strategies
- Expertise across AI, machine learning, data engineering, and analytics
- Experience building and scaling data platforms and governance frameworks
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional teams
- Strong leadership capability with experience developing high-performing teams
- Demonstrated success in delivering measurable business impact through data initiatives
- Experience working in regulated or data-sensitive environments is beneficial
