Shape the future of global Design & Estimation at one of the world's leading technology infrastructure partners.

As Global Head of Design & Estimation, you'll lead the commercial strategy, capability and performance of a critical global function that helps win major international opportunities. Working closely with sales and operations leadership, you'll drive estimating excellence, standardise best practice and build a high-performing team that supports ONNEC's ambitious growth plans.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and deliver ONNEC's global Design & Estimation strategy, supporting business growth and operational excellence.
  • Build, lead and develop a high-performing global Design & Estimation team, driving consistency and best practice across all regions.
  • Establish global standards, governance and estimating methodologies that improve quality, accuracy and commercial performance.
  • Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance and Procurement to deliver winning solutions for major international opportunities.
  • Provide leadership and commercial oversight on complex bids, strategic accounts and customer engagements.
  • Strengthen relationships with key technology partners and drive innovation through continuous improvement and new technologies.
  • Contribute as a key member of the Sales Leadership Team, helping shape ONNEC's global growth strategy.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven leadership experience in estimating, commercial pre-sales, bid management or technical solutions within technology infrastructure.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with a track record of leading complex bids, improving win rates and delivering profitable outcomes.
  • Experience building and developing high-performing teams across multiple regions or business units.
  • Strong financial and commercial judgement, including pricing strategy, cost modelling and risk management.
  • The ability to influence senior stakeholders and build strong relationships across sales, operations, finance and strategic partners.
  • Knowledge of structured cabling, ICT or data centre infrastructure, with the credibility to support complex customer opportunities.
  • A strategic, collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced global environment and is passionate about driving continuous improvement.
