The Role

This is a strategic and operational leadership role, driving a digital-first approach across infrastructure, cyber security, Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics 365, AI agents and care management systems. You will balance reactive IT service excellence with proactive digital transformation, ensuring secure, cost-effective and scalable technology that delivers measurable business value.

You Will

  • Own and deliver the Digital & IT strategy and operating model
  • Modernise infrastructure, Microsoft 365, identity, Azure and device estate
  • Establish strong, ITIL aligned service management foundations
  • Strengthen security, compliance and data protection
  • Lead implementation and optimisation of Dynamics 365 or similar business platforms
  • Drive systems integration, automation and data flow across the organisation
  • Identify where technology can replace manual processes and create measurable business value
  • Manage suppliers, budgets and a technical team that will grow as the organisation scales

You Will Bring

  • Senior IT & Digital Services leadership experience
  • A track record of service improvement and digital transformation
  • Strong Microsoft 365, identity, Azure and hybrid workplace expertise
  • Experience delivering/optimising Dynamics 365 or equivalent business applications
  • Strong supplier, contract and budget management
  • The ability to build a performance-driven, scalable team
