SUMMARY The Director of Ecommerce, Global is responsible for leading Gozney’s global ecommerce strategy and performance across DTC and marketplace channels. Reporting to the Global Head of Growth, this role owns ecommerce revenue performance, platform strategy, conversion optimisation, experimentation, and global ecommerce operations.
This is a highly commercial and strategic leadership role suited to a strong ecommerce operator who combines analytical rigor, customer experience focus, and execution capability. The successful candidate will lead a global hub and spoke ecommerce model while building the systems, frameworks, and team needed to support long term growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES Ecommerce Strategy & Performance Own global ecommerce strategy across DTC and marketplace channels Drive revenue growth, conversion rate, AOV, and profitability across all markets Lead platform strategy across Shopify, Amazon, and supporting ecommerce tools Partner with Performance, Finance, Sales, and Operations on forecasting, planning, and revenue performance Define and maintain global ecommerce KPIs, reporting standards, and performance benchmarks Ecommerce Operations & Experimentation Build and lead Gozney’s global ecommerce centre of excellence Oversee global CRO and testing strategy across all ecommerce experiences Develop scalable experimentation frameworks, reporting standards, and shared learnings across regions Ensure site experience, UX, merchandising, and conversion standards align with brand and commercial priorities Partner with Technology and Product teams on platform improvements and ecommerce roadmap priorities Regional Leadership & Team Development Lead and develop regional ecommerce operators across global markets Drive accountability and performance across revenue, conversion, and trading metrics Coach regional teams on ecommerce best practices, experimentation, and commercial strategy Support hiring and onboarding as the ecommerce team and regional structure expands Foster a culture of accountability, curiosity, continuous improvement, and high performance Commercial Planning & Cross Functional Partnership Partner closely with Performance Marketing to align traffic quality, landing page experience, and conversion performance Work cross functionally with Brand, Creative, Product, Finance, Operations, and Regional Commercial teams Support promotional planning, merchandising strategy, and seasonal trading execution globally Maintain visibility into weekly trading performance, risks, opportunities, and commercial priorities across regions Lead weekly and monthly business reviews focused on performance, testing outcomes, and growth opportunities

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR 10+ years of ecommerce experience, including leadership responsibility within a DTC or consumer brand environment Proven experience owning ecommerce revenue performance across multiple markets or regions Strong expertise in Shopify, CRO, merchandising, ecommerce analytics, and experimentation strategy Experience leading ecommerce operations across both DTC and marketplace channels preferred Strong commercial and analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action Experience building and leading distributed or cross functional teams Comfortable operating in fast paced, high growth environments Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Passion for customer experience, premium products, innovation, and brand building
