About This Role
This is a pivotal executive leadership role with the opportunity to shape the next phase of our Trust’s development. As Director of Education, you will lead our education strategy across a growing and increasingly diverse family of schools, ensuring that every child and young person has the opportunity to belong, achieve and flourish.

Working as a key member of the Executive Team, you will lead our approach to high-quality inclusive education, ambitious school improvement and professional learning and development. You will work closely with headteachers, senior leaders and the central team to build capacity, strengthen practice and secure consistently strong outcomes across the Trust.
As we grow into a fully cross-phase organisation, you will have the opportunity to shape a coherent 0–18 educational strategy, strengthen our Trust-wide improvement model and develop the leadership capacity that will sustain excellence over time. This is a role for an ambitious, values-led leader who can combine strategic vision with credibility, collaboration and a relentless commitment to improving life chances.
