Director of Engineering
Delta Mobrey Ltd is a design engineering and manufacturing company providing products to support the nuclear power, oil & gas, mining, energy, and marine industries. We are recruiting for a Director of Engineering who will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer.
You will be responsible for managing and developing the Engineering department across 3 Delta Mobrey sites in the UK, Bulgaria, and Malaysia, to include:
- Propose and deploy the Engineering strategy,
- Develop supporting processes and systems,
- Manage Engineering teams across our 3 engineering sites (UK, Bulgaria, Malaysia)
- Develop adequate skills,
- Ensure performance of the engineering department deliverables (On-Time, Quality, Cost)

We are therefore looking for an individual who is experienced in their Engineering career and has the drive and ambition to build their team.
