Director of Enterprise AI Delivery
Location: UK (Hybrid) Type: Full-time
We're looking for a Director of Enterprise AI Delivery to lead transformations from architecture through production.
This is not a PMO role. This is not an Enterprise Architect role. This is not consulting without accountability.
You'll work directly with CTOs, CIOs and executive teams to design the operating model, make technical decisions, build delivery teams and lead AI programmes into production.
What you'll do
You'll own the technical and operational success of every transformation. That means you'll:
- Design enterprise AI operating models that fit each client
- Decide how AI should be governed across the organisation
- Lead architecture decisions across LLMs, data platforms, integrations and AI agents
- Build and lead multidisciplinary delivery teams
- Work directly with client CTOs and technology leaders
- Establish governance, technical cadence and production standards
- Take pilots into secure, production environments
- Define ownership, maintenance and continuous improvement after launch
- Measure operational impact and ensure programmes deliver real business value
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
You'll remain hands-on throughout delivery rather than handing programmes over to project managers.

- Designed governance for AI, data and enterprise technology

- Delivered measurable operational improvements not just prototypes
We're particularly interested in people from:
