We are now looking for a Director of Enterprise and Partnerships to join us on a permanent, 50% part-time basis.

The Role
As the Director of Enterprise and Partnerships, you will lead our enterprise, commercial development and strategic partnerships strategy.
Specifically, you will create sustainable opportunities that diversify income, enhance our reputation and support long-term financial sustainability.
Developing and delivering our Enterprise & Growth Strategy, you will identify commercially viable opportunities that maximise the value of our facilities, estate, expertise, heritage, brand and intellectual property.
Working closely with senior leaders and external partners, you will establish strategic collaborations, drive business development and lead our international enterprise strategy to strengthen its educational offer, global profile and long-term sustainability.
Additionally, you will:
- Develop business cases and investment proposals for new enterprise initiatives
- Monitor market trends and advise senior leaders and Governors on emerging opportunities
- Identify opportunities for sponsorship, commercial collaboration and external engagement
- Line manage and support the Lettings & Commercial Manager
- Present enterprise performance, strategic developments and future opportunities to the Senior Leadership Team and Governors
About You
To be considered as our Director of Enterprise and Partnerships, you will need:
- Significant senior experience in enterprise, commercial leadership, business development or strategic partnerships
- Experience of building, negotiating and managing strategic partnerships
- Strong leadership and people management experience
- Strong commercial, financial and analytical skills, including experience of preparing business cases and evaluating investment opportunities
- The ability to develop and deliver commercial initiatives that generate sustainable income growth
- Excellent negotiation, influencing, communication and relationship building skills
- To be a strategic thinker, with the ability to translate ideas into practical, deliverable outcomes
