Director of Field Marketing | London | Hybrid

We're partnering with one of the world's fastest growing technology businesses to hire a Director of Field Marketing for a high profile EMEA leadership role.

This is a business where marketing sits at the heart of commercial growth, with significant executive visibility, substantial investment and the opportunity to shape strategy across a region responsible for a major share of global revenue.

The opportunity

  • You'll own Field Marketing across EMEA, leading a multi-country team while partnering closely with Sales, Demand Generation and Global Marketing.
  • You'll inherit a successful function but have the freedom to challenge convention, introduce new ideas and make bold commercial decisions.
  • This is a business that moves quickly, values experimentation and expects leaders to have a clear point of view rather than simply executing someone else's plan.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing the regional field marketing strategy across EMEA.
  • Leading and coaching an established international field marketing team.
  • Owning a multi-million pound regional budget and investment decisions.
  • Building integrated campaigns that generate measurable pipeline and revenue.
  • Partnering closely with senior sales leadership across multiple regions.
  • Using data to optimise performance, allocate investment and identify growth opportunities.
  • Delivering exceptional in-person experiences, executive events and strategic customer programmes.
  • Localising global campaigns while influencing wider GTM strategy.
  • Managing agencies, external partners and regional vendors.
  • Identifying new opportunities to accelerate growth across EMEA.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

This is a genuine opportunity to influence one of the company's most important global regions while working alongside an ambitious executive leadership team that is investing heavily in marketing.

You'll have significant autonomy, exposure to senior leadership, the opportunity to shape regional strategy and the backing to test new ideas rather than simply maintaining existing programmes.
