Senior Director, Group Reporting and Technical Accounting

US Listed Technology Business

Central London

Interested in joining a technology-focused business with ambitious growth plans and an energetic and creative workforce? This business is strongly focused on a good culture in tandem with fast growth; suiting someone who is a commercially-minded finance professional.

This Senior Director role reports into a Chief Accounting Officer, and will have 3 direct reports. The role will see you responsible for group reporting and technical accounting responsibilities; given the nature of the business, strong IFRS and SOX experience is needed.

As a candidate, you will need:

  • ACA/ACCA qualification
  • Strong technical accounting experience in a SOX environment
  • US listed company experience, in a NON FS environment
  • Superb commerciality and people skills

Ideally, you will be on a shorter notice period, or even immediately available, however this is not a pre-requisite.
