Finance Director Horsforth, Leeds | Office-Based | Competitive + Performance Bonus
Are you a commercially minded Finance Director looking for the opportunity to shape the future of a growing international business?
I'm partnering with a globally recognised executive search firm that's entering an exciting phase of growth and transformation. Following two record-breaking months and its strongest quarter to date, the business is investing in its leadership team as it continues to scale across international markets.
This is a rare opportunity to join the senior leadership team and play a pivotal role in delivering the company's ambitious growth strategy.
The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll lead the finance function, providing both strategic direction and operational excellence across the business.
You'll be responsible for developing and leading the finance team while ensuring robust financial controls, accurate reporting and the continuous improvement of systems and processes.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys balancing strategy with execution. You'll be just as comfortable supporting board-level decision making as you are rolling your sleeves up to improve the day-to-day running of the finance function.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
