This is a brilliant opportunity to join one of London's fastest-growing SMEs at a pivotal stage of its journey.

Backed by significant long-term investment, the business has scaled rapidly over the last few years and has ambitious plans for the future, including a planned IPO.

Reporting directly to the CFO, you'll lead the FP&A function, partnering with the Executive Team to shape strategy, improve performance and build the planning capability needed to support the next phase of growth.

This is a highly commercial role where finance is expected to influence decisions, challenge thinking and help drive the business forward.

The Role

You'll be responsible for:

  • Leading budgeting, forecasting and long-range strategic planning.
  • Developing financial models to support investment decisions and future fundraising.
  • Partnering with the Executive Team to improve performance and support strategic decision-making.
  • Producing board reporting, KPI dashboards and commercial insight.
  • Delivering analysis around revenue, profitability, cashflow and business performance.
  • Supporting strategic projects, acquisitions and value creation initiatives.
  • Improving reporting, forecasting and planning processes as the business continues to scale.
  • Using data, technology and AI to enhance forecasting and business insight.
  • Leading and developing the FP&A function.
  • Acting as a trusted adviser to the CFO and senior leadership team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
