A privately owned premium spirits business with a portfolio of recognised gin and whisky brands is seeking a Director of FP&A to join its leadership team. Having grown successfully through acquisition, the business is entering an exciting phase of continued expansion and transformation.

This is a highly visible role, responsible for leading the FP&A function while acting as a trusted business partner across the organisation. You will provide strategic insight, drive budgeting and forecasting processes, support growth initiatives, and help shape commercial decision-making at a senior level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the FP&A function and develop a high-performing team.
  • Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
  • Partner with leaders across commercial, operations, and supply chain functions.
  • Deliver financial insights, KPI reporting, and performance analysis.
  • Support strategic projects, investment decisions, and acquisition integration.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting.

About You

  • Qualified accountant.
  • Experienced finance leader with a strong FP&A background.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and support decision-making.
  • Background in a fast-paced, high-growth, or acquisitive environment.
  • Commercially focused, hands-on, and comfortable managing complexity.
