18 month contract to start on Sept 1 or before. Likely to convert to perm if desired

Our client is one of the world's leading businesses in brand licensing and consumer products, partnering with many of the most recognisable names in entertainment, sport and lifestyle. Operating internationally, they help bring some of the world's biggest brands to life through retail, licensing and commercial partnerships.
They're now looking for an outstanding Director of FP&A to join their senior finance team in London.
This is a genuinely high-profile leadership role where you'll be responsible for driving the global planning, forecasting and performance management agenda across an international business. You'll work closely with finance and commercial leaders around the world, helping shape strategic decisions and providing the insight that drives growth.

The opportunity
Reporting into the senior finance leadership team, you'll:
- Lead the annual budget, quarterly forecasting and long-range planning processes across the global business.
- Build and own sophisticated three-statement financial models, including P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.
- Partner with senior commercial stakeholders to support strategic decision making and revenue growth.
- Own global headcount planning and resource forecasting.
- Deliver board-level reporting, commercial insight and performance analysis.
- Drive finance transformation, automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead and develop an international FP&A team whilst collaborating with finance colleagues across Europe, Asia and North America.
About you
You'll be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with strong post-qualified experience in FP&A within a complex international business. You'll also bring:

- Outstanding financial modelling and Excel skills.
- Experience leading planning and forecasting cycles.
- Excellent commercial acumen and business partnering skills.
- The confidence to influence senior stakeholders.
- A passion for improving processes and leveraging technology.
- Power BI and Power Query experience would be highly advantageous.
